Polas are simple, natural, unretouched photos that show your current look as authentically as possible. They typically include full-body shots, portraits, close-ups, and profile views, often in simple clothing and natural light. Agencies use them to assess your look, proportions, and potential.
Sedcard images are more creative and professionally produced. Through different outfits, lighting, locations, and concepts, we explore different sides of you and create images that showcase your versatility. They’re designed to present you to agencies and clients and can become part of your model book or sedcard.
In short: Polas show agencies what you look like right now. Sedcard images show how you can come across in front of the camera.
You’ll have time to settle in, feel comfortable, and ease into the session. Before we begin, we’ll go over your outfit together. My goal is to create a relaxed, personal experience where you feel at ease in front of the camera. I’ll guide you through poses, help you find your best angles, and give you individual direction along the way — without rushing or feeling like you have to perform.
The process is simple and relaxed. We’ll photograph a range of angles and perspectives, from full-body shots and half-body portraits to close-ups and profile views. I’ll offer gentle guidance throughout, helping you feel natural and focus on being yourself.
